Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Expert Wall Solutions LLC, I am committed to quality workmanship and your satisfaction. Because I provide custom, on-site services, please review the following policy regarding cancellations and refunds.
1. Cancellation Policy
- Advance Notice: If you need to cancel a scheduled project, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice.
- Deposits: Any deposits collected for a project are used to secure your spot and order necessary materials. Deposits are generally non-refundable if a project is canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled start date.
2. Custom Materials
- Once specialized materials (such as specific drywall panels, specialty textures, or soundproofing materials) have been purchased for your project, those costs are non-refundable.
3. Workmanship & Disputes
- Quality Commitment: I stand behind my work. If there is a concern regarding the texture matching or repair quality, please contact me immediately at (520) 753-7283. I will prioritize making any necessary corrections to meet professional standards rather than issuing a refund.
- Service Standards: I operate under Arizona Registrar of Contractors (ROC) standards. My priority is to ensure the job is completed correctly and to your satisfaction.
